I’m Denice, the woman behind Feminine Flow — a space created to celebrate movement, confidence, and self-expression through dance.

For now, I’m starting with outdoor classes, where we can connect with nature, feel free, and move in an open, uplifting atmosphere. My current classes include Belly Fusion, Latin Fusion, and Funky Fusion for Kids.

My greatest passion is feminine and sensual dance, with burlesque holding a special place in my heart. While I may not focus only on perfect technique, I believe dance is so much more than steps — it is about expression, emotion, confidence, and truly feeling the music in your body.

Dance has always been part of my life, but so has a love for exploring new experiences. I’m inspired by learning languages, discovering different cultures through travel, and trying new activities that bring growth and joy. At the center of it all is expression — finding beautiful ways to connect with ourselves and the world around us.

I’m also a mother, a wife, and I work part-time, so I understand how important it is to create moments for yourself in a busy life. Feminine Flow is my way of sharing that joy, freedom, and empowerment with others.
